The Executive chef is the number one "go to" person when it comes to food. This role is responsible for every aspect of food service operation which include administrative responsibilities. The Executive Chef supervises all of the kitchen staff, make sure that food and kitchen are up to code with Centers of Disease Control's regulations. Acts as a quality control for all food that leaves the kitchen.
